A RECAP, WATER, WINE AND FLAMINGOS! July 09 2015

Welcome to the Greenlee Swim blog!  It's been a few years in the making but hey, we've been busy spreading the word about our LRB's :) We hope you check back often as we'll be updating the blog weekly with news, updates, tips and introductions to some of the people, products and places we love.

First up is a recap of our pop up event in Ojai at the Capri Hotel on Sunday June 28 . This event kicked off the first of what we're hoping to make a yearly occurrence.  Christopher and the staff at the Capri were great and everyone had a great time.  The weather was perfect for lounging poolside in your LRB® (little recycled bikini) and the Wild Stallions played an incredible DJ set.

Our partners for the event were CALIWATER prickly pear cactus water, FUN BOY luxury floats and FICTION wine from Field Recordings provided the wine for the after party at The Deer Lodge.

We can't say enough about CaliWater.  We've been drinking it ever since we found it at our local Gelson's. It's refreshing, delicious and all natural and Matt the owner is one of the nicest people on the planet. You can find them at Whole Foods, Gelson's and all of the Ace Hotels and if you can't find them there you can order through Amazon.

Fun Boy floats are the coolest pool floats in the world and not only that, they are also helping bring clean water to those who need it through their partner charity RainCatcher.  We were ecstatic when they decided to be a part of this event and the floats were a huge hit!

Fiction wine is amazing and the great part about it is that it comes in a 22 ounce can.  That's right a can!  It's really good wine by a great wine producer, Field Recordings who make a variety of sustainable wines. The red is delicious and the white and rose versions are perfect for drinking poolside and at the beach. We may have had one to many at the after party though :) Many thanks to our favorite winemaker and all around great guy, Andrew Jones for providing the wine!

That's it for now. Stay tuned for more to come!
